• I. Performance and use:

  DDBAC is a cationic surfactant; It is a non-oxidizing fungicide with broad spectrum and efficient bactericidal and algal killing ability, which can effectively control the reproduction of bacteria and algae and the growth of mud in water. Moreover, it has good slime stripping effect and certain dispersion and penetration effect. At the same time, it has certain ability of oil removal, deodorization and corrosion inhibition.

  DDBAC has low toxicity, no cumulative toxicity, is easily soluble in water, and is not affected by water hardness, so it is widely used in the circulating cooling water system of petroleum, chemical, electric power, textile and other industries to control the breeding of bacteria and algae in the circulating cooling water system, and has special effect on killing sulfate-reducing bacteria. 1227 can be used as the textile printing and dyeing industry sterilization and mildewproof agent and softener, antistatic agent, emulsifier, conditioner, etc.

• Usage method

  DDBACis used as bactericidal and algicidal agent, the general dosage is 50-100mg/L; As slime stripping agent, the amount of use is 200-300mg/L, when necessary, can add appropriate amount of silicone defoamer. Can be used with other fungicides, such as isothiazolinone, glutaraldehyde, dithiocyanomethane, etc., can play a synergistic role, but can not be used together with chlorophenols. After adding 1227, there is dirt in the circulating water due to peeling. It should be filtered or fished out in time to avoid deposition after the foam disappears.

  Do not mix with anionic surfactants such as polyacrylic acid, hydrolyzed polyhorse, etc., including packaging drums and mixing equipment.
