Nature:
- Appearance: IEPS is a colorless and transparent liquid.
Flash point: approximately 32 °C.

Purpose:
As a surface modifier: IEPS forms protective siloxane coatings on the surfaces of certain materials, providing excellent anti-fouling, waterproof and weather-resistant properties.
- As an adhesive: IEPS can be used to enhance the adhesion between materials and surfaces, such as metals and plastics, rubber, etc.
- For emulsion polymerization: IEPS can be used as a catalyst and stabilizer in polymerization reactions.
