4. Performance characteristics:
1) Broad-spectrum, long-term killing of a variety of bacteria, fungi and yeasts, using a concentration of 0.1% can achieve a good bacteriostatic effect.
2) It has good compatibility with various emulsifiers, surfactants and other ingredients, and can be miscible in any proportion of alcohol and water.
3) The applicable pH range is wider than similar products, pH 4.0-12.0 can be used.
4) Strong stability, effective ingredients can withstand high temperature of 150℃.
5) Low toxicity, free of heavy metals and halogen compounds, stable to amine compounds, free of formaldehyde
5. Application areas:
Suitable for anti-corrosion in water-based polymers, leather, paints, textiles, printing and dyeing, water-based polymers, metal cutting fluids, adhesives, inks, dye dispersions and other fields.
6. Usage and dosage:
In coatings, paints, polymer synthetic emulsions and other systems, the general use concentration is 0.05-0.5%, depending on whether the product is easily eroded by microorganisms and the storage environment of the product. It is obtained through laboratory tests.
7. Packaging and storage:
Packed in 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg high-density plastic drums. This product should be stored in a dark place and at room temperature with a shelf life of one year.
