Rat acute oral LD50: male 1140 mg/kg, female 1480 mg/kg; acute skin is greater than 1000 mg/kg. A slight stimulation of rabbit eyes. Carried out in mammalian cells, tests showed that non-mutagenic. carp and trout LC50 61 mg/kg。
