Description: Sucralose, commonly known as sucralose, is the only functional sweetener made from sucrose. Its sweetness is 600 times that of sucrose, and its sweet taste is pure. No heat, no caries, high stability, light, heat, pH are very stable. Highly soluble in water, methanol and ethanol, slightly soluble in diethyl ether. The pH of 10% aqueous solution is 5~8.
