As a non-toxic, multi-functional plasticizer without benzene rings, it is compatible with all general primary and secondary plasticizers—delivering optimal results particularly when blended with DOP. It also acts as a flowability viscosity reducer, boasting excellent light resistance, superior curing performance, high transparency, balanced lubricity, oxidation resistance, and low odor.

Applications

1. Used as a PVC plastic solvent, it reduces solution viscosity while enhancing viscosity stability. It mixes easily with PVC resin and shortens pre-processing time for injection and extrusion molding. The reduced viscosity minimizes air bubble entrapment in PVC solutions, ensuring smooth and aesthetically pleasing finished products.
2. Applied in PU elastomers, it lowers viscosity, improves flexibility, and reduces costs. The plastics industry has recognized its multiple properties as beneficial for the formulation of plastisols.
3. It can also be used in inks, pigments, and EVA emulsions.
