Application: used as flavouring agent; as acidulant in Canned, liquid, solid drink and cool and refreshing drinks, instead of citric acid and malic acid; In the process of beer saccharification, can replace lactic acid to adjust PH value;as clarifying agent for sucrose in sugar industry; as yeast nutrients in wine, prevent bacterial breeding; as ameliorant in flour,also can be used in electronic industry and Pharmaceutical Industry,etc.
