I. Performance and use:

EDTMPS is a nitrogen-containing organic polyphosphonate, which is a cathode-type corrosion inhibitor. Compared with inorganic polyphosphate, the corrosion inhibition rate is 3-5 times higher. It can be miscible with water, non-toxic and pollution-free, good chemical stability and temperature resistance, and still have good scale inhibition effect at 200℃. It can dissociate into 8 positive and negative ions in aqueous solution, so it can chelate with multiple metal ions to form multiple monomer structure macromolecular network complex, which is loosely dispersed in water, so that the normal crystallization of calcium scale is destroyed, and the effect of EDTMPS on calcium sulfate and barium sulfate scale is good.

EDTMPS are used as corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating water and boiler water, complex agent for cyanogen free electroplating, chelating agent for textile printing and dyeing industry and oxygen bleaching stabilizer.

3. Method of use

When EDTMPS is added alone in circulating cooling water, the general dose is 2-10mg/L. EDTMPS and HPMA can be used for water treatment in low pressure boiler after mixing with 1:3 ratio. EDTMPS can also be used in combination with BTA, PAAS, zinc salt, etc.

4. Packaging and storage

EDTMPS are packed in plastic drums, 30kg or 250kg per barrel, or stored in a cool indoor place according to user requirements, the storage period is six months.

5. Safety protection

EDTMPS is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, etc., and rinse immediately with plenty of water after contact.
