The effect is similar to the second generation cephalosporin. The antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria was weak. Strong action against gram-negative bacteria. It has antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Haemophilus influenzae, gonococcus, Proteus mirabilis and indole-positive Proteus. The product also has a good effect on some anaerobic bacteria, such as peptococcus, peptostreptococcus, clostridium, bacteroides are sensitive to the product. Most strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, enterococcus and cloacae are not sensitive to this product.
