Sodium benzoate, also known as sodium benzoate, odorless or slightly with benzoin smell, sweet astringency. Stable in the air, exposed in the air can absorb moisture. Found naturally in blueberries, apples, plums, cranberries, prunes, cinnamon, and cloves.
