Description: Pullulan polysaccharide is an extracellular water-soluble mucinous polysaccharide produced by microbial fermentation that protects microorganisms from dehydration and parasitic protozoa. Pullulan polysaccharide is a colorless, tasteless, neutral, linear polymer material, easy to absorb water expansion, infinite solubility, dissolution rate than sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol more than two times faster. The solution does not ionize, gelatinize or crystallize. When the relative humidity is below 70%, its product balance moisture is 10%-15%, neither moisture absorption nor bonding together. In the alkaline solution, the heat is stable, heating does not dissolve, when the temperature rises to 100℃ will lose the balance of water, continue to heat to 250℃ began to carbonization phenomenon, the color also from white to yellow, brown, and finally become black. The polysaccharide has unique structure and properties, elastic structure, high solubility.
